We can only pay the $100 if the delay is our fault. You won't qualify if:

• Your application was not completed (no "Complete Application Confirmed" email)
• You gave us false or incomplete information
• Your application needed extra review (complex situations happen. That's normal, not a breach)
• Delays were caused by third-party verification services (outside our control)

What do I do if I Qualify for the $100?

• You don't need to do anything! If we determine you qualify for the guarantee, we'll send the $100 automatically.
• Contact us only if you haven't received payment by the deadline.
